Europa TV delivers English content (Free To Air channels) direct to your TV or PC via your Europa ADSL Broadband connection and all you need is a 3MB Europa ADSL Internet package that will allow us to deliver Standard Definition (SD) television using less than 1.6MB ADSL speed using state of the art encoding servers.
How much does it cost?
There is NO CHARGE WHATSOEVER and you can view ALL the channels on your PC without any other hardware! To view our TV through your television you will need a Set Top Box (STB) which includes our own Electronic Program Guide (EPG) and displays details of all programs available 7 days in advance. The cost of our Set Top Box is only 94.95€ + IVA, however, refer a friend and you get 50.00€ cash-back.

As a Europa customer you connect to our IPTV platform either by a Set Top Box (STB) or your PC / laptop for true quality TV viewing and full Electronic Program Guide (EPG) so you never miss a program, with viewing times set to Spanish time. All ADSL traffic is separated as either IPTV with priority or universal traffic (website browsing, downloading, emailing, messaging etc.) and all of our solution is located in Madrid to deliver the closest possible link to you.

How to watch on your TV
Connect your STB to the TV (Scart cable or HDMI cable) and connect your STB to the ADSL router via a standard RJ45 cable. You can also connect your STB to your ADSL wireless router without any cables when you purchase a wireless extender from Europa and also increase wireless coverage & strength at the same time.
How to watch on your computer
Just follow the instructions on Our Support Site to view the TV via the Mozilla Firefox Internet browser and in a couple of minutes you’re watching TV. You can do this wirelessly or even connect a HDMI cable from your PC to your TV. Delivery is fast, secure, reliable, consistent, and controlled.
Europa TV complies with ALL Spanish laws and regulations for the following reasons:
- 1. Europa are approved and licensed by the Spanish Telecommunications Regulator.
- 2. Europa TV is approved by Spanish lawyers.
- 3. We do not charge clients anything to view our TV Service — ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
- 4. We do not transmit ANY un-encrypted content that has been delivered encrypted (for example, no SKY content will be available).
- 5. We do not change or “alter” the content or add advertising. The content is delivered EXACTLY as it is in the UK.
- 6. We pay copyright fees to the relevant organisations in Spain – (SGAE and EGEDA).
- 7. Television without Frontiers Directive (TVFD) becomes AVMS which fully supports our business model.
Europa TV (using the Set Top Box) : Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I watch one program on my PC (via IPTV Viewer) and another program on my TV (via STB)?
- Yes you can, as long as you have sufficient ADSL speed. With 6mb you can watch 2 different channels and still have standard use of the internet.
- How do I reboot the STB?
- Take the power line out and put it back in - it will reboot automatically.
- My ADSL keeps dropping out - what can you do to help?
- Call Europa. We can see the history of your ADSL connection, and advise you on the best course of action.
- What do I do if I have a power-cut?
- Your STB should come back on automatically (always to BBC1). If this doesn’t happen please unplug the power connection to your STB and plug in again.
- What do I do if the picture keeps breaking up?
- This happens because your Internet speed isn’t fast enough to stream the channel you want. Either wait for a maximum of 3 minutes or reboot your STB (unplug the power connection and then plug in again).
