- If you rent a phone from Telefonica you should return it after your line has been transferred over.
- Do I need to cancel with Telefonica first?
- Europa will handle the transfer process completely so you should not cancel your line with Telefonica.
- How do I change my landline from Telefonica to Europa Network?
- It is simple to make the change; just give Europa Network a call, send in a copy of your Telefonica bill and we will do the rest!
- How do I change my Message Service to English?
- Pick up your receiver, when you have listened to all the messages, Press 1 to change personal options, Press 4 to change language, Enter the code 0000, Press 3 for other languages, Press 1 for English, Press 1 to confirm. Replace the receiver. Your message service should now be in English.
- How long does it take to be transferred?
- The transfer process takes between 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
- How much does it cost to transfer my line over to Europa?
- There is an initial 19.95€ administration fee in the first month your line is with us, and the monthly charge is only 13.95€.
- How will I know when the line has been transferred to Europa?
- Europa will contact you as soon as your line has been transferred over.
- Is there a minimum term contract with Europa landline rental?
- There is no minimum term contract with landline rental.
- What happens if I have a problem with my phone line after I have transferred over? Do I still contact Telefonica?
